DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENTS IN GREECE

For shipments in Greece the company collaborates with Tachymetafores ELTA SA Courier Company. Delivery is within 1-2 working days with delivery option on Saturday but with an extra charge of 3 Euro. Shipments to inaccessible areas may be delayed an additional day, so the total delivery duration is within 3 days. The shipping charge may vary depending on the actual weight of the package and its total weight resulting from the titration. According to IATA, the charge of each shipment depends on the size and weight. If the result of the titration of the shipment (LENGTH X WIDTH X HEIGHT in cm / 5,000) is greater than the actual weight, we charge according to the result of the titration. The titration is calculated by multiplying the dimensions of the parcel and dividing by 5000: Volumetric weight (in kg) = length x width x height (in cm) / 5.000

For mailing packages (1 kilo or more) to and from the following destinations: Crete, Rhodes, Kos, Karpathos, Kalymnos, Chios, Lesvos, Samos, Limnos, Ikaria, Mykonos, Santorini, Milos, Kythira the company provides the following options:

Economy- By Ship for delivery in 1-3 working days

By Air for delivery the next working day with air freight fuel surcharge 0.80 € per kilo

If the customer does not request shipping by Air then the parcel is sent to the destination with Economy. The shipping cost for packages up to two (2) kilos is 3 euros for a parcel which weighs 2 (two) to 5 (five) kilos is 5 euros, for packages more than 5 (five) kilos the cost is 1.23 Euro per additional kilo. The delivery service has an extra charge of 3 (three) Euros. All prices include VAT. SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDERS TOTALING MORE THAN 120 EUROS. The customer only pays the cost of delivery, if there is one, and an extra charge if Saturday delivery service or air transport is requested.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

For shipments abroad we use EMS (Express Mail Service) of the Hellenic Post Service. Shipping cost varies depending on the destination country the weight of your order and of course the method of shipment chosen. In order to calculate the shipping cost, please consult the table below where different shipment zones of destination countries are listed.

Zone 1: Albania, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Bulgaria, Israel, Croatia, Serbia, Tunisia, Cyprus

Zone 2: France, Germany, Georgia, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Great Britain, Moldova, Norway, Holland Ukraine, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy

Zone 3: Argentina, Venezuela, Brazil, USA, Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Uruguay, Panama, Paraguay
