PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
DeepCarbon Company, supporting Electronic Commerce enables you, via the completeness of the descriptions of which display the pages in, enjoying the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen, quickly and easily. Online purchases are no different from buying from a physical store. So in line with current legislation (Law 2251/94), you can return the product or products purchased from our store within 10 working days from receipt. To accept the return and refunded the full amount the product should be in original packaging, undamaged.
Below we present the conditions and ways to return non- defective products.
- The date of receipt of your order to the date of application for reimbursement not to exceed 14 calendar days
- The packaging must be sealed and in its original (default) state
- Returns are not accepted for products manufactured upon request
- The return of the product must be accompanied by proof of purchase and not copies of them.
If the items returned do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned at the sender 's expense.
The ways of returning the products purchased from us will be determined by our Company, so please contact us via the phone number or through the contact form on our website, before returning your item. Shipping costs for returns shall be borne solely by the customer except in cases with proven fault of the e-shop, the company is fully responsible and will be charged the cost of shipping the product, always after contacting you.
Before the execution of an order (invoice - shipping) the cancellation of an order can be done by sending an e- mail via the contact form located on our website providing full personal details about the buyer and order number. In this case the buyer does not incur cancellation fees.
If the execution time of an order has expired (meaning that it has been shipped and invoiced) and 10 working days of receipt date have not passed, the product (not including products manufactured upon request) should be returned to the company at buyer's expense. The product must be in its original, unopened, sealed packaging and be accompanied by the original receipt.
The customer should sent an e- mail via the contact form located on our website providing full personal details about the buyer and order number, prior to any other action.
